1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 40winx — whether via browser, mobile, or any other device — you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to fully comply with all the Terms and Conditions set out herein, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Rules published on the platform.

2 Eligibility

To create an account and use the platform 40winx, the user must:

• Legally reside in Brazil;

• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 40winx or any of its partner game providers.

The 40winx reserves the right to request identity and proof-of-residence documents at any time to verify user eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Registration and Account

Each user may hold only a single account on the 40winx. Creating multiple accounts under the same person — whether through different email addresses, third-party CPFs, or any other means — is considered a serious violation of these terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.

When registering, you must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Full name as it appears on an official ID;
• Valid CPF registered in your own name;
• Actual date of birth;
• An active email address that you check regularly;
• A valid Brazilian mobile number including the area code (DDD).

4 Deposits

The 40winx accepts deposits exclusively in BRL (R$) via the following domestic payment methods:

Deposits made from bank accounts or digital wallets in a third party's name may be blocked by the anti-fraud system and returned to the source. The 40winx strongly recommends using an account in your own name for all deposits.

Balances deposited into the account of the 40winx do not earn interest and are not subject to monetary adjustment. The available balance may be used for bets or withdrawn in accordance with the rules described in the Withdrawals section.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at 40winx are processed exclusively to the bank account, Pix key, or digital wallet registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

• Only bets on qualifying games count toward the rollover — excluded games are listed in each promotion's terms;

9 Account Suspension and Closure
